I'm retired from the libraries of the University of Georgia but until the middle of 2011 worked part-time to promote and produce network portable facsimile books. The facsimile web site is linked here and there are a few articles about it here and here.

For the past 32 years, I've promoted the concept of using our technical Spacefaring abilities to defend the biosphere from our ignorance as well as asteroids and comets. This resulted in a great deal of research regarding the influence comets have had on human culture.

I also have an interest in promoting the consumer ownership form of business (consumer co-operative model) as a viable alternative to corporate capitalism. The first page of this web site is here.
