Feb 07 - St Paul’s IT Support Desk for 2 weeks

At St Paul’s I assisted the IT Support Desk. My roles included aiding Students and Staff in Office Applications, talking to staff and clients on the phone, responding to staff using a ticketing system. I was also involved in setting up a Ghost Server. In addition I have built and fixed a lot of PCs and Laptops

Current and future Goals

My current and main goal is to get a job. I also plan on gaining an MCSA, MCSE and a CCNA. I currently want to work in the Desktop support environment.

Hobbies and Interest I have a huge passion for IT and Computers and do a variety of different things. I play online games like CSS and C0D4/5. I used to do a lot of coding and web development; this has given me a basic knowledge of PHP, SQL and C++. I love to build and fix PCs, I help my friends troubleshot problems and fix their networks. I find Linux and Mac’s really cool; I own an Iphone and love to play about with Ubuntu and Fedora. The main sport I follow is F1, and I was Team Captain of the Remote Control Car Club at my old school, where we won “Best engineered Car” for two years running. I find that Film Making is awesome, and I am one of the cameramen at my church.
