I am a Mississauga-based freelance writer and volunteer with Toronto-based non-profit Reach Out Together.

Mental well-being, neurodiversity and related issues, as well as politics at all levels, are among my greatest passions.

I'm also a huge fan of science-fiction (Star Wars & Star Trek, in particular, and yes, both!), a frequent chess player, cyclist & podcast aficionado.

While many of my contributions will revolve around mental health issues, I hope to touch on lighter topics as well!
