Surprise Martin Mathonsi Ngwenya better Known as Quiddity, was born 13 December 1997 in South Africa, Mpumalanga, Nelspruit. His Mother Angel(deceased) separated from Quiddity's father back in 2005 due to Abuse.

Surprise Martin Started school at Maqamela Primary in 2005,then completed his higher grades at Mhlume High School In Nelspruit, Clau clau, In 2009 he started writing music about his life and everyday experience, he also wrote poems, his work to be the most influential to most of his peers and older people as it was conveying a deeper message, Late 2014 he released a song titled Pay-Day with his cousin, Quinton, better known as Scott,the song did not gain radio play but it proved to have potential, early February 2015 he released a song called Million -Time which brought him recognition amongst rappers in his town and won Him his first active performance at a local club where peile we're impressed, he was still under Dollar Productions since he was signed in 2013. Late 2016 he released another song called Angel-2-Heaven which is dedicated to his late mom and beloved friend, both we're murdered, the song was paying great condolences and conveying greater emotions as it speak about how his beloved were killed and how he would like to pay revenge, It gain recognition as his peers and residents I his town were plating it, he got an invitation to BCR FM through his work.

From then he has been releasing hits such as #Current_Situation, I_Don't_Care and more on audiomack.
