The Skokie Valley Route (also known as the Skokie Valley Division or the Skokie Valley Line) was an electrified rail line of the Chicago North Shore and Milwaukee Railroad in the U.S. state of Illinois.

The line operated south from the city of Waukegan, through the Skokie River valley, and on to the Howard Street "L" terminal in Chicago. From Howard Street, Skokie Valley Route trains continued south over the Chicago "L" system, through the Loop, and on to a downtown terminal at Roosevelt Road.
