Topic ban

Per the thread at the administrators' noticeboard, the community has endorsed the following restriction.

• 1. CadenS is topic-banned for an initial period of 3 months from editing articles and projectspace pages relating to LGBT sexuality issues. This includes but is not limited to:

• 1a. Any and all articles related to LGBT people and issues;
• 1b. Edits to articles when related to the sexuality of criminals, and alleged criminals;
• 1c. Edits to articles related to the sexuality of victims of crime.

• 2. CadenS may use the article talk pages of pages from which he is restricted only to propose new edits to pages, and subject to the condition that he is to comment solely on content, and not on contributors.
• 3. CadenS is reminded to remain civil at all times in his dealings with other editors, and is warned that edits which violate WP:CIVIL and/or WP:NPA may lead to escalating blocks by any administrator.
• 4. If CadenS is unsure that any edit that he may make may contravene the above remedy, he is asked to first check the edit with any administrator (I am regularly available, though I am in the UK so there may be time zone issues).
• 5. After the 3 months topic-ban has expired, a further review by the community will take place to decide whether this restriction should be lifted or extended.

• The restriction will expire at 00:00 UTC, 6 April 2009.

2nd Ban reset

Following your new violation of this ban (point #2) here, this ban will expire three months from the latter edit, i.e. at 23:50 UTC, 24 April 2009. Black Kite 23:58, 24 January 2009 (UTC)

3rd Ban reset

Following another violation of ban (point #3) [1] [2] [3] [4], ban is being reset three months from the latter edit, ie 23:01, 4 June 2009 UTC. Stwalkerster [ talk ] 23:23, 4 March 2009 (UTC)

OK, I said I'd have another look at it, and I completely forgot. I still think there should be an extension, but I'll be generous. An extra week (ish)? Now expires at 00:00 1 May 2009. Stwalkerster [ talk ] 22:23, 1 April 2009 (UTC)

Ban has expired

Caden, you are no longer under the topic ban. Please bear in mind, though, that if you are involved in any problems like the ones that caused the topic ban to begin with, it will be re-instated. Hopefully it won't come to that! Black Kite 10:26, 1 May 2009 (UTC)
