Some notes from the evaluating article quality training.
1) it is still plagiarism when one simply changes the words from another's original statement. 2) warning banners will appear on an article that potentially questions the reliability of the article. 3) Value statements such as, "the best" are typically written to persuade which is not the goal of a wikipedia article.
