Simona T. Jellinek is a Canadian personal injury lawyer at Gluckstein Lawyers who specializes in sexual assault cases. Having represented survivors of abuse for over 25 years, Jellinek is one of Canada’s most experienced and successful lawyers in this area.

Career[edit]

Simona was called to the bar of Ontario in 1996 and began working in sexual assault law in 1998.^[1]^[2]

In 2022, Jellinek and her team joined Gluckstein Lawyers to lead the firm's Sexual Abuse and Assault team as counsel.^[3]^[4]
