Lilianne Kubiliun is (Lima, January 8, 1969) is a Peruvian presenter known for her participation in Nubeluz, a Peruvian children's program on Panamericana Televisión from the 90s.

Trajectory[edit]

Her parents are Harry Braun, the son of Hungarian immigrants, and Nejume Grodziensky, the daughter of Russian and Romanian immigrants, both of Jewish origin. She completed her primary and secondary studies at the León Pinelo School in Lima, where she developed her first artistic steps and from where she graduated in 1985. Two years later she settled in Miami, and obtained a degree in Communication Sciences and Journalism in 1992. That same year she married attorney David M. Kubiliun.

Kubiliun entered the program as "dalina" (host) on December 19, 1992, replacing Mónica Santa María, who temporarily withdrew from the show form a duo with Almendra Gomelsky. Gomelsky returned in June 1993, with the addition of Colombian cheerleader Xiomara Xibille.

After the death of Mónica Santa María on March 13, 1994, Kubiliun resigned from the program. However, she participated in several commitments related to Nubeluz that had been previously agreed to. She returned to the United States, where she received a teaching degree from Nova Southeastern University in 1996. She retired from her job as an elementary teacher at Hawkes Bluff Elementary, when her son Jake was born. Daniella was born in 1999.

In 1998, Kubiliun was in charge of presenting the reality show ''Sueños de Fama'' on Telemundo. In 2003 she was in the cast of the program ''Las Comadres'' on the same channel.

In 2010, Kubiliun accompanied Almendra in the reunion that was organized in Peru. She was part of the musical show ''Grántico, Pálmani, Zum'', which commemorated the twenty anniversary of Nubeluz.

In April 2015, after a quick campaign carried out on social media networks, a reunion tour would be organized to celebrate the twenty-five years since the first broadcast of Nubeluz. Kubiliun, Gomelsky, and Xibille all participated in the Lima event from February 8 to 14 of 2016, accompanied by great part of the cast of original dancers of the show.
