Canada - Authors For Tragic Event Relief Canada raised funds for hurricane victims after the 2004 Asian tsunamis and earthquakes devastated so many countries and killed so many people. BookAdz.com promotes Canadian and American writers and their work/books. AlbertaAuthors.com promotes some of Alberta's finest authors. Authors' Row is a group of talented authors who regularly appear twice a year at the Edmonton Woman's Show in Edmonton, Alberta.
I joined Wikipedia as a way to contribute my editing skills and because I enjoy writing and have been a published writer for more than 20 years. The information posted here does not take place of my very large website and is intended to help Wikipedians learn a bit more about me, since I am new and have been the subject of some controversy.:) I hope to contribute occasionally as time permits. You may not see much of me (I'm sure a few are breathing a sigh of relief:) from October to December as I will be on a book tour. I'll try to check back when I can and help edit stubs or other articles when I can.
My goal on Wiki is to provide helpful edits and factual information for articles written by others. Now that I'm getting the hang of the million or so policies :) I believe my focus will be on helping others here on Wiki.
Editors who wish for someone to proofread their material for grammatical, punctuation or spelling errors, please feel free to contact me. I edit for other authors as a sideline business. If I am available to do it, I will gladly help. Please note: I'll proof it, but I won't be concerned with all the policies. I will let someone who is more familiar with Wiki policy bring that up.
