I earned a B.S., M.A., and Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Hawai'i Manoa (Honolulu, Hawai'i), Fisk University (Nashville, TN) and Vanderbilt University (Nashville, TN). My Ph.D. research was conducted entirely at the University of Chicago (Chicago, IL) and Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Batavia, IL). Currently, I am a postdoc at the California Institute of Technology (Pasadena, CA). I am a contributing member of the Holometer, LIGO and Cosmic Explorer collaborations.

My physics interests are inclusive of experimental physics, cosmology, gravitational waves, metamaterials, optics, lasers and practices within the field of physics. I am excited about creating accessible content about the awesome world of physics!

I grew up in Honolulu, Hawai'i, I love physics, and waves are great.
