Trick-or-treaters

Instead of going out and asking for candy on Halloween evening, Reverse Trick-or-Treating has the group (often college or high school students too old for regular trick-or-treating) taking bags of candy to their neighborhood and handing out candy while at the same time offering to pray for the occupants of the house. Unlike regular trick-or treating which focuses on busy suburban neighborhoods, reverse trick-or-treaters often visit more lonely locations such as assisted living facilities or even fire departments.

Reverse trick-or-treating was created as an attempt to give older adolescents a chance to participate in Halloween activities, like dressing up, while also reaching out to their community with Christ's love.

Quotes[edit]

"And you thought Halloween was the devil's Holiday!"
"Making Halloween Hallowed."
