Early Life Counsellor was born as Francis Williams Pinamang to Mr Richard Manu and Mrs Rose Serwaa Manu on April 04, 1985 at Konongo, a mining town in Ghana. He attended Oxford International School for his early childhood and proceeded to Opoku Ware School (OWASS) for his sSecondary High School Certificate. He completed Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology for both his Bachelor's degree in Economics and Commonwealth Executive Masters in Business Administration.

Counsellor Francis is an ordained minister with higher diploma certificate from Maranatha Bible Institute and Universal Life Church. He is also a banker with 20 years experience.
