Knowledge Management

Knowledge Management is one of the areas that I have been studying, applying, and using over the past few years. Although it has many definitions, it is the practice of critically thinking about the knowledge assets, processes, technologies, and products of an organization to create, distribute, and share knowledge in organizations. As a maturing discipline, KM provides leaders and the members of their organizations to become better at sharing intellectual capital and innovating to keep an organization viable.
