Overview

Natsuyo N. Lipschutz is a Japanese-born business strategy consultant, professional speaker, and global presentation coach. Based in New York, she specializes in intercultural communication and strategic presentation coaching.

She is the first Japanese recipient of the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP®) designation from the National Speakers Association and has also performed as a TEDx speaker.

Career

After graduating from university, Lipschutz worked in the steel and pulp & paper division at Itochu International in New York. She then earned her MBA from New York University and interned at McKinsey & Company as a summer associate in 2001. In 2004, she founded Aspire Intelligence™ to support companies in their strategic growth as a cultural translator. In 2014, she established Breakthrough Speaking™ to focus on developing global leaders.

Achievements

TEDx Waseda U: In 2015, she delivered a talk titled "Living in the YES," which resonated with many audiences.

National Speakers Association

In 2021, she became the first Asian board member of the New York City Chapter.
In 2024, she became the first Japanese recipient of the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP®) designation.

International Speech Contest: She won the New York District competition five times from 2014 to 2019 and earned numerous titles.
