The World Famous DJ Brian Fine Diet - How I lost 140 LBS

Hello my name is DJ Brian Fine and I'm going to teach you how to get in shape.

Mindset: It's good to set a goal on what you want to do. (change my eating habits)

Then you want to plan out your goal.

I told myself that I didn't care about the food anymore, I cared about the nutrition that I get from food and I wanted to better myself.

I found out that if you set a daily routine it is easy to stay on track.

If you only eat a few things you will make it easy for you to get in shape.

There are drug foods, and healthy foods.

The drug foods are going to make you feel good while eating them but will cause you problems later in life with your self esteem.

Low self esteem will cause weight gain for the average person.

The healthy foods that I eat to stay healthy are only a few things.

1. Protein Bars 2. Protein Powder 3. Mixed Vegetables 4. Meat with low fat 5. Multivitamin 6. Salads 7. Fruit 8. Water I believe that if you are having problems with stress it is harder to get into losing weight.

If you handle what is stressing you out, you will be able to focus on weight loss better.

I found out that I was sad and eating to heal my pain.

I found out how to use meditation while exercising to heal my pain and cause less stress.

You can do this by listening to some music you enjoy while closing your eyes and working out.

The best way to start is on the elliptical machine at a gym.

I like to listen to Trance music with my eyes closed for 15 - 60 minutes every day to help me meditate.

You can also do this while lifting weights, use a low weight, close your eyes and relax.

Don't count your pumps. It will get you out of the meditation. Do as many as you think you can do, dont stop now do 2 - 5 more pumps.

It is very healthy to use a Sana every day for 10 minutes.

This will get rid of your toxins that we get in our body so your body can focus on working on the carbs and fat.

If you drink alcohol your body will not be focusing on the carbs and the fat, it will be in recovery mode.

To get in shape you can't be drinking alcohol. Not one shot.

I found out that if you stay active and set a purpose for your life you will stay in shape and have better self esteem.

I found out that if you sit for hours watching TV or playing video games you will not be in the right mindset for loosing weight.

I do pushups to stay in shape.

I do one set of as many I can do 3 times a day.

Its smart to time what you eat to what activity you are doing.

It is smart to eat your protein while working out so your muscles wont hurt while working out.

Its smart to eat mixed vegetables when you are watching TV and not moving.

I like to drink flavored seltzer water to make me feel full.

Its smart to drink a lot of water.
