Prashant Dahat

He is an Indian Mechanical Engineer currently pursuing his postgraduate studies from the University of New South Wales in Sydney AU. During his twenty-five-year career, he has posted to various state of Maharashtra. His learning in the field of artificial intelligence was the best move in his career to design an advance face recognition system which has submitted to NIELT, Calicut, KL under his course of studies. The knowledge and experience about the several heavy earth moving machinery was appreciated with the certification from his workplace within six months.

With every up and down in life his quotes to tackles most of the difficult situation is “Options are created, they are not born.” The dream of studying overseas was fulfilled because of the Indian state government overseas scholarship, which basically for those students who are coming from a poor background. He has completed his Polytechnic in 2014 and Bachelors in 2017 and Advance diploma in Artificial Intelligence in 2019.

Recently, he has designed a self-sanitising, energy-neutral 2-unit toilet using recycled river plastics for an Indian client. To help people who stay near to coastal areas and they don’t have an arrangement of toilet in their place. And Currently, he is involved with the UNSW team of Design-Build Fly - The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), for global competition 2021.
