Nature’s Own is an Australian brand of vitamins and dietary supplements.
Founded in 1975 by Vaughan Bullivant, Nature’s Own has grown from a small number of health food stores in South East Queensland into one of Australia’s leading vitamin brands[1]. Bullivant’s passion for natural health began in 1967, when he believes daily vitamins played a part in his recovery from a near-fatal waterskiing accident. After a positive change in diet assisted with Bullivant’s asthma in 1971, he was inspired to enter the health food industry and share his passion for natural medicine with the wider public.
In 2022, Nature’s Own launched their ‘For Nature, For You’ campaign, which aims to demonstrate the brand’s commitment to sustainable practices.[2] Nature’s Own has an active partnership with Greening Australia, through their Nature in Cities program[3] which will establish 25,000 native trees, shrubs and wildflowers across three major Australian cities before 2025.[4][5]
