Location it is an enclaved town within the borders of Rumuokoro town, on the West and South, it is bounded by Eleke, a clan in Rumuokoro. to the North and East, Awalama, in the city of Port Harcourt.

Overview With the influx of people from other states, Rumuobochi community thrives with chains of shops and stores from which they generate revenue.

Clan Rumuobochi has two families, the Okene family and the Amechi family. Rumuobochi community is headed by a paramount ruler, Eze (Capt) Dan Okene, Eze Odum Obochi II, Nye-weli Rumuobochi . [2]


History Rumuobochi is a descent of Oro-evo, of Obio, of the Ikwerre tribe.[3]
