Yevgheniy Yenin (born on November, 19th, 1980 in Dnipro, Ukraine) - ukrainian diplomat, lawyer, Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine.

Career:

- On April 15, 2020 Dr. Yevgheniy Yenin appointed Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine;

- Deputy executive director, Ukrainian Institute for the Future, Expert-Consultant to the Standing Committee of the Verhovna Rada of Ukraine on law enforcement activity (July 2019 – April 2020);

- Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine (international legal cooperation) 2016-2019;

- Deputy chief of mission, Counselor, Minister-Counselor, the Embassy of Ukraine to the Italian Republic 2012-2016;

- Head of unit for Romania, Moldova and the Balkans, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (2010-12);

- Third, second secretary, responsible for Transnistrian settlement, the Embassy of Ukraine to Moldova from 2005 – 2009;

- Operative in the Security Service of Ukraine and the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine from 2002 – 2005.

Education:

National academy of the Security Service of Ukraine (2002) - in law;

State university of finance and international trade (2012) - in international law;

Holds a Ph.D. in political science (topic - Transnistrian settlement).

Foreign languages: English, Romanian, Italian

Decorations: the Order for Courage of the third rank (2008) and the Order for Merits of the third rank (2017).

Married, has 2 children.
