Pradeep kumar manelli was born in orthodox andhra Christian family at Meena Nagaram near nidadavolu in may 21st 1990. His parents were migrated from seetha nagaram which is his father's home town to arikirevula, kovvur mandal West Godavari. He was completed his primary schooling at his home village. Then after, he completed his higher schooling in SPVKR HIGH SCHOOL at dommeru during 2000-2005. He did his intermediate in govt. Junior college at kovvur. During his academics, he performed well at mathmatics(above 95%). He did B.tech during 2007-11 in KIET college at Kakinada.
