Ricky Berwick (born April 23, 1992) is a Canadian social media personality and Internet entertainer best known for his video skits and commentary on YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

Biography[edit]

Berwick currently lives in Ontario, Canada. Where he was born with a physical disability that limits his movements. From a young age he took to YouTube, making videos as early as 2007. However, the content and skits never stuck, leading to a hiatus of over nine years from social media. It wasn't until Berwick's second attempt on Twitter in the late summer of 2016, that he took off on social media. Later that year he refurbished his YouTube channel into Ricky Berwick and began to release videos at a constant rate. As of 2018 Berwick's YouTube Channel has amassed over 1 Million subscribers and a handful of viral videos which continue to sweep over the internet.[1]

Ricky's YouTube Channel houses over 1 million subscribers and a total view count of 145+ million. He also has a staggering 1,500+ videos uploaded. Originally though, his viral video fame came from Facebook and then worked its way to his YouTube channel. Within the two years he was able to gain over a million subscribers.

His Known Affiliations[edit]

Ricky starred on DramaAlert's channel as a guest announcer,[2] made a popular racing video with iDubbbzTV, [3] and partnered with DXRacer.[4] [5] The partnership was a huge success, with over 100 chairs sold as part of the deal. Ricky's first Television appearance was on Comedy Central's Tosh.0, as an interview guest on the segment "CeWEBrity Profile".[6] [7]

  • Ricky used to have a baby bearded dragon named Flick.
  • Ricky loves animation and has worked with many notable animators and twitter and YouTube.
  • Ricky also loves McDonald's and Reese's, making them part of his life.[8][9]
  • Tyler, The Creator once retweeted a video of his, but then regretted it by trying to cover up the evidence.
  • Keemstar challenged Ricky to a boxing match at least once, but was meant to be as a joke. Ricky berwick has got a severe condition and will most likely die within the next ten years.[10]
