LEYLA KULIYEVA is the 1ST JU JITSU ANTI-DOPING EDUCATOR and

the Former Secretary General of the Turkmenistan martial arts federation. She was born on 12 September at Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. She has been in office ever since 2008-2018 Preceded by Ata Adayev. She was Succeeded by Board members, and they are Ju Jitsu Asian Union. Member are Continental result management panel Asia/Oceania,[1] Chairperson of anti-doping education committee Ju Jitsu Asian Union[2] in office in 2019 - till now and was Preceded by: Ju She was also in Jitsu Asian Union congress 2019.[3] Secretary General of the Turkmenistan MMA federation in office in 2020 – till now.[4]

Leyla Kuliyeva was the Best female Ju Jitsu athlete in Asia, 2016 and was Awarded by: Panagiotis Therodopolus. Sport: Martial art (judo, sambo, ju jitsu) and her Club was TNMAF (national team).

Leyla Kuliyeva (born 12 September) is a youngest public figure in martial arts, former international-national level athlete of Turkmenistan national martial arts federation (TNMAF), TNMAF administration team, former Secretary-General and Board member of TNMAF, black belt in Ju Jitsu sport and international level athlete in TNMAF. Awarded as a Best female national-level athlete in TNMAF on 2010, best student of the college on 2013, best female Ju Jitsu athlete in Asia on 2016. On 2018 serving as a first Ju Jitsu Anti-Doping educator, as an elected Ju Jitsu Asian Union board member and Chairperson of Anti-Doping education committee. Wrote first book “Anti-doping psychology and Ju Jitsu) from 2019 to 2021. Secretary General of Turkmenistan MMA federation 2020-till now. Board member of Continental result management panel (CRMP) Asia/ Oceania.

Leyla was born in Ashagabt, in Turkmenistan, in 1995. She was educated at a High School, a comprehensive state school, communication state college, Belorussia State University, TUSUR, University of Synergy (Moscow). She gained her Bachelor of Arts (BA) and then studied for a Master of Laws (LLM) degree and Master of Information Technologies, still at the University of Synergy (Moscow).

In her earlier professional career, Leyla succeeded and continued in Anti-Doping, education, equal rights and sport career and was elected as a member of Continental result management panel in Asia/ Oceania in World Anti-Doping agency. Sports and anti-doping. In her sporting career life, Leyla gained success at her earlier ages in athletic from 2002-2008, fabulous in becoming 7 times gold medal in 400-meters running, 800 meter running and 400-meters with barrier, and heavy athletic. Presented national team at the national and regional athletic tournaments included school tournaments. After her success as an athlete, Leyla continued sport career together with high school. On 2008 Leyla Joined martial arts club. She showed her best performance as an athlete and after one year joined national championship where won the gold medal in her weight category. Leyla elected as an athlete in national team and joined national team in the same time. She presented her country as a national and international level athlete. She was awarded as a best national player and best female Ju Jitsu player in Asia on 2016.

Leyla gained black belt in Ju Jitsu by Sensei where she trained on beginning of 2022. She is an international level athlete TNMAF. Leyla continued her study in sport, learned referring in Ju Jitsu sport and awarded a certificate on 2017 as an International level referee in Ju Jitsu sport. After her success as a player, Leyla turned her efforts towards sports administration and Anti-Doping from 2008 to 2018 she was in Administration of TNMAF and from 2012-2018 she was elected as Secretary General and Board member of Turkmenistan Natinal Martial Arts Federation (TNMAF) In 2018, she became the first Ju Jitsu Anti-Doping educator. At the Ju Jits Asian Union congress in 2019, Leyla elected as a Ju Jitsu Asian Union Board member and Chairperson of Anti-doping education committee. The firstly founded Ju Jitsu Anti-Doping education committee was in 2019 at the Ju Jitsu Asian Union where Leyla became its Chairperson. Through hard work in newly committee Leyla succeeded and wrote her first book from 2018-2021. She called that book “Anti-doping psychology and Ju Jitsu”.

In addition to her post, Leyla also was elected as a member of Continental result management panel (CRMP) Asia/Oceania by World Anti-doping Agency. Leyla presented Anti-Doping and Ju Jitsu in major events like, Annual Symposium by World Anti-doping Agency (WADA) in Switzerland on 2019, Education conference in Anti-Doping on 2018 in China, International Anti-Doping Seminar in Asia. Oceania on 2018- 2019 and 2022 that organized by World Anti-doping Agency and Japan Sport Government, Athletic Biological passport on 2022 in India organized by Indian Anti-Doping agency and World Anti-doping Agency (WADA), she joined and presented in OCA general assembly in Qatar, Doha, Special Olympic on 2019 in Abu Dhabi, SEA Games in Philippines on 2019, practiced doping control officer at the Masterships games in South Korea, Doping control officer in Dubai tournaments, Asian Games in Indonesia 2018, Indoor and martial arts games 2017 in Turkmenistan, Ashagabt, Youth Olympic 2018 in Argentina, October 2021.
