If you are trying to only request a creation of a article only, then go to page requsts. This page is if you are a IP user who wants to request a creation of a page with specified code. The purpose of this is for wikiproject anime. This page's pupose is described in the italicezed info above.
How to send a proposal[edit]
Below there are links to a bunch of either used or unused doc pages. A used doc page will have * next to its link and name, as seen in the example doc page. When this page first started there were 10 doc pages, 9 unused (obviously one must be a example.). After the ten doc pages have been used and have a asterick next to them a bot will sense this and create 10 more new doc pages( some one else has to create the bot since I am not a admin and only admins can create a bot.). From looking at this one can know that IP users which can not create a page, can pesudoly create therie page from a blank page. The only reason why we can not officially Crete a bot that creates pages from suggest pages from proposed pages is because it can ruin the security system of where ip address can not create their own pages, for this reson pages here are first under review by us and then a registered user will copy the code and create the page using the code.
This copying and creating done by a registered user will only be done after a discussion is taken place. A sample discussion can be seen on the example doc page.
How do I edit and mark the page I want to edit as taken[edit]
Just add a asterick next to the page link, then go to the page and edit. The page must relate to wikiproject anime in some way.
Doc pages[edit]
note currently this is using my user name as a domain and database as the connecting domain, and this page as the referal domain, because in order for you to see my proposal of adding this to the wiki project anime main pages it is required that once accepted that these domain names change, main domain will most likely be Wikiproject anime.
