Princess Nawabzadi Qamar-i-Taj, Taj Dulhan, Rabia Sultan Begum Sahiba was the third and youngest daughter of Nawab Hamidullah Khan, the last ruling Nawab of Bhopal. She was born on the 24th of November 1916 and was the granddaughter of Begum Sultan Jahan, the fourth ruling Begum of Bhopal. Her elder sister princess Abida Sultan, the successor to her father Nawab Hamidullah Khan, migrated to the newly formed country of Pakistan in 1950, where she later joined the Foreign Service.

Princess Rabia Sultan was educated privately at Palace Qasr-e-Sultani and later graduated from Sikandaria Girls College in Bhopal. Her first marriage was to her cousin from her paternal uncle, Nawabzada Rashid Uz-Zafar Khan Bahadur. Princess Rabia Sultan later married Colonel Agha Muhammad Nadir Mirza on the 22nd of November, 1940 who also served as the personal ADC to Nawab Hamidullah Khan. Princess Rabia died in Bhopal on the 3rd of March, 2000 and was buried at the Royal Cemetery in Sufia Masjid, leaving behind two children, Prince Mohammed Nasir Mirza and Faiza Sultan. </ref>https://www.royalark.net/India/bhopal7.htm
