Dr Zafar Khan Safdar is PhD in Political Science from University of Sydney Australia. He did his first M.Phil in Political Science from University of Peshawar, and later his second M.Phil in Governance & Public Policy from National Defence University Islamabad. Dr Zafar holds 3 Master degrees in Politics, History and Pakistan Studies from Cardiff UK, and Pakistan. He is a Civil Servant by profession, Author of 3 books on Political Science, Constitutional Law, and Political Development. Dr Zafar Safdar is writer of hundreds Articles and regularly contributing to National Dailies on political and social issues.

Dr Zafar belongs to a notable family of Nowshera, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. His father has been a retired officer from Pakistan Army, his younger brother is serving Brigadier in Army Medical Corps as Medical Specialist, and the youngest is Chartered Engineer with the Govt of Australia.

Dr Zafar hold Gold Medals in M.Phil and Ph.D. His book on Political Science has been the best selling in the years 2016 and 2017. He is visiting faculty member at NDU, IIUI and QAU Islamabad. Dr Zafar can speak Pashto (native), Urdu, English, Arabic, Persian, Hindko, Saraeki, and Punjabi. Dr Zafar has extensively traveled in Pakistan and abroad including Australia, China, UK, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, UAE, Turkia, Malaysia, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Japan, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Germany, Switzerland, France, Qatar, Brazil and Canada.
