I'm David Haden. I'm a native of Kansas City and sports fan.

I'm a huge proponent of the value of high school sports.

I'm also a big booster of high schools themselves as key drivers to the success of kids. I'd like to improve the articles about Kansas City High Schools.

I have a specific passion about pioneers (primarily in sports) being recognized for their contributions.

There are many underappreciated people that were innovators/pioneers in their fields and communities that deserve the recognition that Wikipedia can bring.

I'm a huge fan of the value of Wikipedia for the curious person. We need to encourage curious people as that trait is of immense value!

I want to make contributions to Wikipedia by submitting new articles and improving current ones.

I will not make any edits that would not be beneficial to the goals of Wikipedia and the Wikimedia community.

I always strive to strictly abide by Wikipedia's accepted practices on conflicts of interest, neutrality, and notability.

I will modify my editing behavior based on problems cited by other editors or if my editing conflicts with other Wikipedia guidelines.
