SCE, the Shamoon College of Engineering, founded in 1995, is the largest academic engineering college in Israel with a student body of over 5,000 and choice of six departments: Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Industrial Engineering and Management. The College offers programs leading to Bachelor and Master degrees.

SCE is Israel's only college with two campuses (Beer-Sheva and Ashdod).
