Emily Ward

In 1997 I was born in Reading , England, a large town in the county of Berkshire. I moved to America when I was just three years old, but I often return to England to visit my dad's side of the family. My two siblings are my dad's children of a previous marriage and they still live in England, so I grew up here in America as an only child. I spent most of my life living in Boulder, Colorado, where I attended Fairview High School and graduated in 2015. Boulder is a town at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. With 300 days of sunshine per year^[1], it is a popular town for outdoor activities and healthy lifestyles. Subsequently, I have a passion for the outdoors and love to be active. I really enjoy hiking and running on the many trails in Boulder. Also in my free time, I enjoy photography and creating other forms of visual art. Currently, I am attending University of San Francisco and majoring in biology, another passion of mine.
