What is Recycle Me Free[edit]

Recycle Me Free is a non-profit website dedicated to helping people find Free local solutions for there everyday waste, unwanted items and recycling needs in an environmentally friendly and costless manor.

Designed and privately funded by a resident in a city called Thunder Bay located in Northwestern Ontario, Canada and soft launched on the 24th April 2010 to the internet / World Wide Web.

The website owner was interviewed by CBC Canada’s Amy Hadley and aired on the 14th July 2010 during the morning radio talk show.

During April 2011 a new website was announced for the United Kingdom starting with a town called Harrogate, in the county of North Yorkshire England.

In August 2011 a new version of the website was implemented making changes to the overall look and usability. This was a critical upgrade to allow the website to integrate with a new Classifieds / Free Ads section due to be released before Christmas 2011.
The first website location to be updated with the new classifieds / Free Ads section will be Recycle Me Free Canada followed by the United Kingdom shortly after testing is completed.
