Masao Kagawa (香川 政夫, Kagawa Masao, born June 8, 1955) is a Japanese karateka. He is a former JKA world champion,[1] was chairman of the WKF Technical Committee,[2] is a coach for the Japanese National Team, and is World Chief Instructor of the Japan Karate Shoto Federation.[3]
