Analysis of Article

[edit]

After reading my article about a Beauty Salon , I found that this article lacked many things. The article says that there is a distinction between a Beauty Salon and a Hair Salon , but over time Beauty Salons and Hair Salons have evolved into basically into the same thing. Back in the early 1800's and 1900's Beauty Salons and Hair Salons were very disparate. Beauty Salons were used strictly for manicures , pedicures , spa care and things to that nature. While Hair Salons were used for only getting your hair treated. Over time , Beauty Salons and Hair Salons have evolved into basically the same thing.

A beauty salon ( sometimes referred to as a beauty shop) is a business that can deal with hair care , spa treatments , and nail care , and even cosmetics for men and women[1]. Hair styling dates back all the way to the 1880's. Hairdressers used to decorate their trunk that held their scissors, combs , lotion and other styling materials[3]. Beauty Salons date back as early as the 1800's. Women would come to the Salon strictly to ge3t their hair done and talk and enjoy the company of others[2]. Today's Beauty Salons women still gather to enjoy themselves and have a good time. The Beauty Salon is almost a place for women to get away for a while and relieve themselves from everyday stress.
