The Philippines is one of the most biodiverse areas in the world, and, as of 2006, contains an estimated two-thirds of the world's biodiversity, including 70% to 80% of the world's plant and animal species.[1]

This is a list of lichens recorded in the Philippines. It is based on a 2020 publication by Paguirigan and colleagues, who recorded 1,234 validated species names distributed into 65 families, 229 genera, 10 subspecies, 92 varieties, 15 formae, and 1 subforma.[2]
