Communication and Law Division
The Communication and Law Division is a division focused on communication in a legal setting. Some specific areas of focus in this division are pre-trial process, interviewing, negotiation, mass communication, and jury decision making. Currently, this division is led by Chair Pat Arneson.[1] Two concepts that exist within this division of study are alternative dispute resolution and legal rhetoric.
