He is associated with Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and worked as a STATE CONVENOR  of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Human Right cell and Lawyer at High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow. He is also associated with Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP). He is a former Sah-Media prabhary BJP, U.P.

Early life and education

Kuldeep Pati Tripathi was born on 31st March 1997 in village Pindi located in Deoria District, UP, India. He is youngest among four brothers and three sisters. His father and mother name is Umesh Pati Tripathi and Vidyotma Tripathi respectively.

He gets his early education from Deoria (U.P) and Satna (M.P). Later, in the year 2001, he pursued Bachelor’s degree in L.L.B (Hons.) from Lucknow University.

On 13 June 2004, he has married to Anapurna Tripathi. Now he is the father of one daughter named as Prachi Tripathi.

As a Lawyer  

Presently, Kuldeep Pati Tripathi is practicing advocacy in the Allahabad High Court's Lucknow Bench, Lucknow since May 2001 Senior Panel Counsel, Government of India. This public spirited person acting for enforcement of Rights of people. He is dealing cases on Constitutional, Civil, and Service side.

He filed the number of  Public Interest Litigation (PIL) and public spirited cases

  • Dr.Rakesh Singh V. State of  Utter Pradesh and others in 2009 in which Hon’ble Allahabad High Court Lucknow Bench, Lucknow has directed to pay compensation to victims who have lost their eyesight due to negligent act on part of state authority during Cataract operation in Sultanpur district(U.P), Victims awarded compensation 3 lakhs and 1 lakh each for loss of  both eyes and one eye respectively.
  • PIL- relating to non- implication of shelter home and distribution of  blanket during winter season.
  • Abusive languages by politicians on public place
  • dengue
  • PIL- use of CNG (Compressed Natural Gas ) and PNG(Piped Natrual Gas) for domestic use in Lucknow to minimize pollution rate in Lcknow, Kanpur and Agra.
  • PIL- Reconstruction of  Jhulelal Vatika at Gomti Bank.
  • PIL- case against illegal installation of mobile towers.

Social Activities

He has raised several issues with Government and Honorable Governor of Utter Pradesh relating to Social and Human right issues like- drive against addiction, discrimination in compensation to victims by the Government on the basis of caste and religion, and laathi charge on public including women by police authority.

  • Won first prize in Essay Competition organized by The Times of India.
  • Won first prize in National Youth Parliament organized by Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, Govt. of India and associated with various social organizations.
  • Visited abroad – Johannesburg (South Africa) , Philippines and Nepal
  • Had been International Member of Amnesty International (Human Right Organization).
  • Has written several articles in newspaper relating to constitution
  • Participated in Seminars and has deliberated lectures on constitutional issues
