A Passionate Writer, Raj Smriti is the Founder and Creative Writer and Director at FolkTales, a venture started with a vision and mission of Loving Lives, Inspiring Souls, and Celebrating Success through sharing real life motivational biographies captured by her in her day to day interactions with Life.Doctorate in Alternative Medicines with specialization in Counselling and Psychotherapy her forte is spreading happiness and promoting holistic living.

Lifelong Learning is what she advocates and with prestigious IFP Fellowship she went to United States to pursue her MSc in Workforce Education and Development from Pennsylvania State University and backed it up with Leadership Course from Harvard Summer School in 2009 along with completing her Post Bacculerate in HRER from Penn State. She served the global market in Training, Development and People Management and also worked as a Facilitator of L.E.T ( Leaders Emerging Today ) program and was a part of the career services department at Penn State helping them take mock career interviews and resume critique services. Volunteer Recruitment Manager at American Red Cross Society she constantly kept herself busy with community activity and served the society in whichever way she could.

With an MBA in HRM from IMT Ghaziabad, Training and Development of human resource has always been Smriti's forte and she has worked with NGO's like Janani in India and a bunch of multinationals and corporate houses. UNICEF HR Department exposed her to the global arena in all aspects of Human Resource and Organizational Development. Right from organizing career fairs to conducting training and orientation session she is well versed in all aspects of workforce development. Her papers on Hybrid Leadership has been published in International Journals and she went on to present her research at MIT LINC Conference in 2010 and the AHRD Conference. She is an alum of We Can India Program for Woman Entrepreneurs conducted by Cherie Blair Foundation and U.S Embassy.

With Bachelors & Post Graduation in Mass Communication she had a successful stint as an Anchor and Voice Over Artist for Patna Doordarshan Kendra and EMPC, IGNOU, New Delhi. Short courses in Photography, Radio Production and Video Production made her a Communication Specialist exposing her to all the 7 C's of Communication. The world of news and views was introduced to her at Jain Television.

Raj Smriti aspires to inspire individuals through her impactful writings and oratory skills. A healer and believer in Reiki, Angel Healing she believes in the power of positivity. FolkTales, an inspiring book series on lives of people around her is her passioned baby and she aspires to touch a billion lives with her story telling skills. A Counsellor, Communicator and Trainer, Raj Smriti brings to the eco system her zest to live each day to the fullest and believes in doing her bit for the society by passionate writing. A Travel buff, Music and Photography continue to keep her busy and fuel her energy to the core.
