I am a citizen of Canada, living in Toronto. I speak English and Italian, but my written Italian is poor. My English, however, is excellent and has been my saving grace throughout university, particularly when my poor grasp of statistics dragged my GPA down.
I am currently doing the longest BSc possible. My majors have included: -pychology (especially personality, depth psychology, neuropsychology and cognitive) -cognitive science -religion (of note secular studies of the New Testament and "the historical Jesus", as well as psychology of religion and mythology) -semiotics -history and philosophy of science and technology -philosophy of religion -philosophy from Descartes to Hegel, with later "existentialist" or "post-structuralist" theory as well -an in depth study of Carl Jung and Jungian analysis and theory -philosophy of feminism; gender studies
Having had a "sabbatical" forced upon me when my spouse died (age 38), I am currently doing very personal "studies" in grief and bereavement.
I hope to return to my university studies (University of Toronto) as soon as possible, and have finally decided to commit my efforts to psychology with a minor in religion or philosophy
