Prior to founding Corporate Creations in 1993, I worked as a corporate attorney at the predecessor to Squire, Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P. in West Palm Beach, Florida. I am a contributing author and editor of the first edition of Florida Law of Corporations and Business Organizations (published by Prentice Hall Law & Business). I obtained my J.D. degree in 1989 from Harvard Law School, and I am a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Miami where I obtained my B.A. degree in Economics. I am married to my college sweetheart. We have two children. My family and I reside in Jupiter, Florida.
