My qualifications are in the biosciences, and I hold an advanced research degree in stem cell biology. However, I don't (generally) work in this field anymore - I now do data science for healthcare.
I collect fossils, particularly those of sea life. I brew my own beer, go to death metal concerts, and own an unhealthy number of CDs and books. I have interests in public transport - particularly rail and air travel - and in urban statistics. I'm also an avid Linux user, if it wasn't obvious already.
