[edit]Throughout her career, Huppert has received several other awards for her work in film and theatre. In 1986, she received the Telluride Film Festival Silver Medallion. Huppert received the David Special Award from the Accademia del Cinema Italiano for her career. In 2005, she won the Special Lion for Overall Work at the 62nd Venice International Film Festival. The actress was also awarded at the Taormina Film Fest in 1980 and 2002. For her outstanding achievement in her acting career, she received the Stanislavsky Award from the 30th Moscow International Film Festival in 2008. The following year, Huppert awarded the European Film Academy Achievement in World Cinema Award. In 2011, Huppert honoured by Stockholm International Film Festival and Locarno Festival for her contribution to motion pictures. Huppert received the Dilys Powell Award, which recognizes excellence in film, from the London Film Critics' Circle in 2016.[47] This was followed by Honorary Lumières for her contribution to films,[53] and Europe Theatre Prize and Honorary Molière for her contribution to French theatre. In 2018, she won the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Rome Film Festival.
Huppert has also been awarded for activities other than acting. On December 8, 1994, she was named Chevalier of Ordre national du Mérite, and was promoted to Officer in 2005. On September 29, 1999, she became a Chevalier of Légion d'honneur, and was promoted to Officer in 2009.
