Gary Chittim is a former American environmental reporter for NBC television news affiliates in Portland and Seattle. His groundbreaking wildlife and pollution stories resulted in multiple awards including Emmys and Edward R. Murrow recognition. He is noted for documenting the first wolves to return to the State of Washington and the Endangered orca pods of the Pacific Northwest. He left after 28 years of journalism to become the Vice President of Marketing for LED lighting company PlanLED in the Seattle area.
