GEOFFREY K WEULE JP For more than 50 years Geoff has been actively involved in the Music Industry and for 20 years served with EMI in Australia and the UK and a further 8 years with News Limited in their Music Division. Geoff was Principal of Walsingham Classics and Walsingham Marketing which ceased trading when he retired in 2010. His marketing expertise has helped shape the careers of many notable Australian artists including, Mark Holden, John Farnham, Julie Anthony, Little River Band, AC/DC, Mike McClellan, just to name a few. In 2010 he retired as Senior Lecturer in Business Studies at TAFE ENTERTAINMENT. He was a member of the Academic Board of the SAE Institute and Qantm College and the Past-President of the Blue Mountains FOOTBEAT FESTIVAL. He was President of the Blue Mountains Wildplant Rescue Inc. Foundation and was the Treasurer of Publish! Blue Mountains. In November 2012 he was appointed to the Board of the Blue Mountains Economic Enterprise (BMEE) established by the Blue Mountains City Council, and served a full four year term. Geoff was also the Vice-President of the Blue Mountains Performing Arts Association (BOOMPAA) until it merged into BMEE. In 2017 Geoff published his autobiography, 'Once Upon a Record' ISBN 978-1-925666-28. Geoff resides in Katoomba in the City of the Blue Mountains.
