Neuron EV[edit]

Neuron EV is an American automotive and energy company based in Irvine, California. The company designs and manufactures electric vehicles.

The corporate structure of the company has three divisions.

  • Neuron Global Corporation houses Operations, Finance, Investments, Management, and Data Warehousing.
  • Neuron EV USA handles Research and Development, Design and Engineering, Branding and Marketing, and Sales and After Service.
  • Neuron EV ASIA is the hub for Manufacturing, Supplier Logistics, Homologation, and Distribution.

The company has filed numerous design and utility patents worldwide.

History[edit]

Neuron EV was founded in 2017 as a global corporation. The company's stated mission is to create innovative electric vehicles that will revolutionize the auto industry, believing that the right step forward is aligning innovation to improving society and working towards sustainability. [1]

The company enlisted veteran employees in the automotive and internet industry and under the leadership of co-founder Edward Lee, set out to build new mobility solutions.

Technology[edit]

Neuron EV has developed proprietary technologies designed to be used in their various electric vehicles.

Multipurpose Autonomous Platform[edit]

The Multipurpose Autonomous Platform or MAP is a self-motorized platform that mounts structures of various sizes for transportation. Its size is adjustable to suit specific tasks, such as being a vehicle for passengers, a transport for cargo, or a temporary residence for travelers, to name a few. [2]
The primary goal of MAP is to make static structures mobile and thus expand their functionality. It's designed to be compatible with standard shipping containers.

Harmony Utility Balance[edit]

The Harmony Utility Balance or HUB is an all-purpose electric vehicle that integrates renewable energy, telecommunications, and cloud computing. Variants of HUB vehicles provide commercial, public, and personal transportation. It features service activation through three methods: on-demand, reservations, and traffic detection.
A basic HUB comfortably fits a maximum of six passengers plus cargo space, and can be located via GPS through a smart device or a nearby HUB station.

Renewable Energy Plaza[edit]

The Neuron EV Renewable Energy Plaza or REP is a comprehensive charging complex, where users can charge their vehicles and get assistance for maintenance services and battery swapping. The REP provides energy in three ways: solar panel generated electricity, fuel cell stored electricity, and wireless rapid charging from an electric generator. The center offers food, beverage, and entertainment integrated within a virtual shopping mall that conducts browsing and transactions through large digital screens with live stream shopping. It has a drone delivery system where people can shop and receive their items with expedited service. The REP is also an experience center for test driving and offers information about the company's electric vehicles to help people learn more about environment-friendly technology.

The Neuron EV MET is a multi-functional electric vehicle with a wide range of applications suited for commercial use. Conceived to be a simple solution for the future of commercial trucking, it drives on a standard truck structure modified to integrate electric propulsion.

Neuron EV STAR[edit]

The Neuron EV STAR is a multipurpose electric micro truck designed for the recreational use of the millennial market segment. The vehicle has been described as an urban eco truck with a clean and minimalist design. [3]

Neuron EV ONE[edit]

The Neuron EV ONE is a versatile pickup truck that runs on the company's modular powertrain integrated onto a modular chassis. It has an open propulsion system compatible with hydrogen fuel cells and battery generated electric power.

Neuron EV TORQ[edit]

The Neuron EV TORQ is an electric modular semi-truck that implements the company's versatile product modularity, a technology that features a modular chassis that can be scaled to enable it to perform light, medium, or heavy duty operations.

Neuron EV Electric Bus[edit]

The Neuron EV EBUS is a completely modular passenger bus. Its adjustable length allows it to take on different forms such as a mini bus, transit bus, or an articulated bus that can be used for diverse purposes for communities and infrastructures.
