Gilbert Ramon Jackson (1979-present) is a American born basketball player and entrepreneur. He was born November 21st 1979 in Fort Worth,Texas. His love for basketball begin when his mother would take him along with her as she played pick up games and participated in community recreation games. He immediately fell in love with the round ball. By the age of the 10 he was recognized as one of the neighborhoods next “Baby(Michael Jordan)Jordan”. He attended Western Hills High from 1995 to 1998 where he was a two sport player in track and basketball. He earned freshman and senior honors as the states top basketball player. After graduating high school he took a 18 month hiatus from sports while dealing with the death of his only parent his mother. He return to basketball in 1999 and attend Navarro Junior College. He was conference player of the year two consecutive seasons. He earned a scholarship to attend Iowa State University in Ames,Iowa. After graduating with an Associate's Degree in Computer Technology and Information. He was then given an opportunity to play professionally overseas in Wurzburg Germany. He played Euroleague Basketball for 8 yrs. He retired from playing Euroleague basketball and professional basketball in 2016. He landed in Mesa, Arizona. Became a profitable business owner and entrepreneur. He now resides in Texas as a management consultant and mentor to youth and small business owners.
