Response Letter[edit]

Thank you to my peer reviewers for the input on how to improve my chosen articles. In response to the requests for more information on the Stanford project, I added more about the significance of it, as well as more details about the AAAI competition, such as how the competitors are judged. In the videogame article, I added more on the practical uses of general game playing AI. I mentioned how it is used to evaluate the quality of games. I added an additional section talking about the algorithms used, and how the AI works, and I described the ways the AI interacts with the presented game more clearly.

Context Memo[edit]

General game playing and General video game playing. I added to each of these, but have yet to merge them as I only just found out about the proper process for merging. On each page, I created a merge proposal.

I believe this is a very interesting and complex field in the topic of artificial intelligence, which is important to both game theory and computing. It is definitely a newer topic, which will advance more as time goes on, but the articles that were previously available were pretty bare. I think my contribution helped update Wikipedia with the most current and complete information on the topics, giving a much better and more whole picture of each, so that a general audience is able to understand them.
