The Kingdom of Oshkellia (Oshkellian: Dom Oşkyeli), commonly known as Oshkellia, is an island country primarily located in Peninsularia. The eleventh-largest country in the world by land, Oshkellia is a semimonarchal government of 28 provinces, with its capital (Yezata) part of Kapon. Outside this union of provinces, it asserts sovereignty over five Ceursef Islands (Cemalżin, Pardasżin, Ibrim, Tacelona, Baraxle). The country shares no immediate land borders but has maritime borders with the Ceursef Islands, Shanadia, and Sanuvia. The federal government is a monarchal, constitutional kingdom and liberal democracy with three separate branches of government: legislative, executive, and judicial. Substantial autonomy is given to provinces but not to territories, who run on their own accord.
