Total Recorder and LivriVox Ogg files:

From: HighCriteriaSupport <Support@HighCriteria.com>

Total Recorder performs editing of all compressed formats without quality loss. Due to this edited file appeared to be multy-stream (two-stream). It is a correct Ogg Vorbis file, but some players can treat it as incorrect one.

To convert the file to a one-stream file you need to perform re-compression: After editing resave the file to PCM format; and then again compress to Ogg.
