Hi folks,

I'm a freelance writer in Germany covering the IT industry and the media. I was born when Rock'n'Roll was young, and I'm male and married.

Until today, I only contributed to the german edition where I use the same nick.

My first encounter was with an admin cerberus who deleted my first entry within minutes without any warning. In fact, I had just entered information on a company that was already mentioned in a Wikipedia List on computer companies. As the link would send me to a blank page, I just did what I use to do over here in de.wikipedia.org in such cases.

What I'd suggest is some one takes care of such pages that trap you into wasting time for stuff that isn't wanted anyway.

If I had known before that nobody really wants such knowledge gaps to be closed I'd not have spent a second on it. :-(
