Gustavo Razzetti ( b. 31 March 1967) is an Argentinean, U.S. resident, change leadership consultant and author.
His professional career consists of advising both Fortune 500 and startups in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe over 25 years. He has published two books and more than two hundred articles on change leadership[1], innovation[2], and self-improvement[3]. Razzetti has facilitated hundreds of change workshops to help participants improve their self-awareness, creativity, and adaptability.
Razzetti is the founder and CEO of Fearless Culture, a culture design consultancy. He was previously EVP, Managing Director at Leo Burnett Chicago and former CEO of Euro RSCG in Argentina, Puerto Rico and former President of Global Hue New York[4].
"Stretch for Change"[5] explores a human-centered approach to innovation and solving problems in both personal and professional lives. His second book, "Stretch Your Mind"[6] is a compilation of exercises to challenge daily routines and improve creativity.
Razzetti is married and has two children. He resides with his family in Highland Park, IL.
