Hailu Negu is my name.In 1990, my mother Hawe Negu and father Mumicha Bekele welcomed me into the world in Salale, Ethiopia. I began my elementary education in grades 1–8 at Kunde Primary School when I was 8 years old. I completed grades 9 through 12 at Kuyu, Dagem, and Fitche for my secondary education.I started studying chemical engineering at Adama Science and Technology University in 2009, and I finished in 2014. Following my graduation, I worked for three years in several institutions: a modern pipe manufacturing company run by Quality Assurances; a senior leather specialist at an Ethiopian tannery share company; and a retanning supervisor ,quality control technician in Roha Packaging. These positions were held between 2015 and 2018. I was employed by a laboratory supervisor at the fluoride removal technology center from 2018 to 2021, by a quality control head in the manufacturing industry and commerce, and by a quality management in Concord Industrial and Business Plc. I work as a cementing engineer for Ethiopian Electric Power on a geothermal drilling project.

I operate as a team player and am an enthusiastic engineer. I hold several certificates, including those for the quality management system, environmental management system, project management system, electronic maintenance and tracking, geothermal drilling operation system, public driver's license, and other certificates.
